Security
PeerSure is designed for regulated enterprise workflows. Our security program focuses on controlled access, auditability, resilient operations, and evidence-linked governance.
Security overview
Access management. Account access is intended to be controlled through enterprise provisioning, role-based permissions, and approved administrator workflows.
Authentication. The platform is designed to support enterprise authentication patterns, including single sign-on and controlled credential workflows.
Auditability. Operational and review workflows are designed to preserve attributable actions, review history, and case-linked evidence.
Control areas
Encryption and transport
Data is intended to be protected in transit and at rest using current industry-standard mechanisms appropriate to the deployment environment.
Logging and monitoring
System access, security-relevant activity, and review events should be logged and retained according to documented operational requirements.
Backup and resilience
Production environments should include documented backup, restore, and recovery procedures appropriate to the customer deployment model.
Secure change management
Changes to core workflows, controls, or regulated boundaries should be documented, reviewed, and reflected in source-of-truth materials.
PHI-enabled deployments
Deployments that may create, receive, maintain, or transmit protected health information should use only approved environments and vendors, minimum-necessary access, documented logging and retention controls, defined incident procedures, and executed agreements where applicable before live PHI is used.
Trust and security review
Additional security and trust materials may be made available under appropriate confidentiality terms, including architecture overviews, control mappings, policy summaries, vendor inventory, and deployment questionnaires.
