Trust Center
PeerSure is being built by Branscum Labs as a regulated enterprise workspace for utilization review, evidence-linked audit operations, and cross-framework controls spanning HIPAA, SOC 2, NCQA, ISO 9001, and URAC. This page summarizes the posture and materials typically requested during procurement, security review, and implementation planning.
Current positioning
Operational core
Case operations, audit workspace, controls oversight, and RDS-backed platform wiring are treated as core product foundations.
Controls model
The controls model is designed to support cross-framework inventory, ownership, evidence, and exception handling across HIPAA, SOC 2, NCQA, ISO 9001, and URAC-aligned workflows.
Enterprise tenancy
The platform direction assumes enterprise customers, controlled roles, governed access, and documented customer boundaries.
Scale path
Readiness planning includes an explicit path for high-volume intake and processing, including an order-of-magnitude target around 10,000 cases.
PHI and HIPAA-governed workflows
PeerSure is designed for HIPAA-governed workflows, but compliance depends on the specific deployment, agreements, configuration, access model, vendors, and operational controls in use. Live PHI should not be used until the applicable approvals, safeguards, and agreements are in place.

BAA and regulated deployment process
Where a deployment may involve protected health information or other regulated customer data, implementation planning should confirm the legal role, approved vendors, data flows, required agreements, minimum access boundaries, retention model, and incident responsibilities before production or testing with live data.
